My mom says that she always knew from the very beginning that I was going to be a girl so she never thought about what she and my dad would name me if I had been born a boy.
I was almost named Jessica, though. But then they chose Laura. (Which I saw in another comment in this post almost happened to someone else. Which is a bit strange....)
