Gen fics just...it's almost like a squick for me. Like I'll be reading, not paying attention to the summary or whatever and I'll get midway through and it's like my Spidey-Slash sense starts tingling and I get all antsy, looking for the boy sexin'...only to get to the end and there was NONE. And then I'm all sad and feeling unfilled and unsatisfied. :( But then I read a really porny slash fic and it's all better.
