Best Week Ever is one of the few shows on VH1 that I'll actually watch (when/if I get the chance). and they apparently have their own website: BWE. it appears they have full eps of the show on there...maybe only the most recent...not sure. and there's a slew of clips and stuff on youtube. my favorite clip being this one of John Mayer doing a 'Chocolate Rain' remix. don't know if it's still as funny as when it first came on, seeing as I haven't seen it in a while...
