The episode in season 4 where Paris kisses Rory is one of my favourites. Besides the kiss, any episode with The Shins as guest stars is a winner in my books.

And that is probably where I should leave this comment. I can't remember what happened in Season 4 v Season 5 and I'd hate to spoil anything for you. But I really want to know what you think once you've watched all of Season 5.
