Don't know who took the picture, but for some reason, she didn't remind me of Milan Carlton (from Dirt) at all... and I just saw it last week, or OTH or TIH (haven't seen 'em), but I knew she looked familiar. Looked her up online and she was in My Date With the President's Daughter.

Odd that I know her from a Disney movie....
