LOL! A Jitney is like a little bus you take from point A to B. Sort of like a trolley car, only...not a trolley, but a bus, but still kind of a trolley. I only ever really see them down at the Jersey shore though :( I should write to my senator -I love Jitnies! Even if one almost ran me over.

The Avs just played a home and home series with a plane trip this last weekend, but yeah, it was their last. I saw something on a hockey blog a couple months ago about how the NW division teams fly the most of any division, because of geography. Sucks.

Does it seem to you that the NW div in particular has played each other an excessive amount? It totally does to me. And it's frustrating because that just makes the division title race really bizarre.

Of course, there are some that didn't make it onto the list, probably a couple you've already read (I'm thinking keepaofthecheez' fratboy!Jared verse), but most notably this one: Blood Bond , which is a sort of college AU, sort of werewolf RPS by j2daily. It's not what I would call incredibly good (it's the way the author posts, mostly, a chapter a day without beta or a good edit at the end to make it cohesive--few spelling errors/typos/major grammatical issues, if that helps), but I found it entertaining and off the beaten path, college-fic-wise. YMMV.

The best part of your question is the fact that I've been meaning to tag my del.icio.us account for college and HS fics for ages and didn't do it till this morning when I saw you asked for a list. Yay! Thanks!
