I think all my icons suck and therefore never post them anywhere except landcomms... I'm sure no one uses them. :x

I make them once in awhile for myself but that's about it, maybe one day if I ever really get back into a fandom, I'll make more. Maybe.

Hahaha. I think that was probably one of the first 'decent' icons I ever made.

I was just thinking the other day that it would be AWESOME if you were making icons again. ♥ Um, especially since I could use some One Direction ones, and no one around here seems to really be making them.

Relatedly, I wanted to ask you a quick favor:

So a few days ago I made the mistake of checking out the One Direction videos over at YouTube and it was sort of like falling down the rabbit hole. So now I have, ugh, sort of fallen completely in love. Damn it. I can't even really choose a favorite if I had to because all of them are ridiculously perfect. (Well, if forced to, I'd probably have to say Louis.)

But anyway!

My question is that I was wondering if you could give me some recs for where to find the pretty pics and news and such. Especially the pretty pictures. ♥ (I'm still deciding if I'm going to get into the fic or not.) Anything at tumblr or elsewhere. Please help me! The only other fandom I've done is SPN, and I've been there since the beginning, so I have no idea where to start with this one....

(Thank you if you've made it this far. I'm a little bit hyper from not enough sleep and too much fannish stimulation.)

PS: If I do start reading fic, I'd probably be looking more for OT5 than separate individual pairings. But I don't know if that's popular in the fandom or not?

But tbh? I have no idea where one would go. I mean, there are fansites that would have pictures. However, I just get all of mine from tumblr and some from twitter. If you have them blacklisted on tumblr. Stop. Because there's a lot of great pictures there.

And there's not enough ot5 fic for my liking.

Thank you so much for the info. ♥ Twitter tends to frustrate me, so I don't go there as much as I should - even though I know that I miss a lot of things. But it's good to know that I can basically keep up with them through Tumblr, because I really do need to majorly cut down my time spent online. But I think I just ruined that plan by falling for another fandom... ;)

And that's what I kind of figured would be the case with the ot5 stuff. Oh well. Like I said, I'm still trying to decide about the fanfic anyway. Mainly just because I have an insane amount of J2 stuff that I still need to read in my lj memories.

But you know, if I were just going by interaction in the music videos of theirs that I watched way too many times the last few days, I would think people would slash Louis/Liam and Harry/Zayn. And really, I don't know why exactly, but I found that stuff between Harry and girl!Zayn in the Best Song Ever video ridiculously sexy. Um, yeah... I don't even know. (But I do definitely see the appeal of Harry/Louis! That's just an amazing amount of pretty right there.) Okay... enough silly rambling from me.
