Holy shit! That's nasty! It looks like she has acrylic tips on her toes. Doesn't she rip her sheets to shreds when she sleeps at night? I imagine her partner would be worried about being killed in their sleep by those freakin talons! And shoes, how would you be able even wear shoes, let alone socks or stockings???
