What exactly happens when one is "notified" when someone uploads a new icon? Just an email telling you 'so and so has uploaded an icon' or is it more 'here is a link to so and so's new uploaded icon.'?

I used to maybe sort of scoff at the idea of such a thing but since I stalk some of you and your userpics, it might be easier just to be notified. I don't know.

It's an email that says "[user] has uploaded a new icon!" and in the email is the actual icon.

I do use it, and yes I do enjoy it. It's handy for stealing awesome new icons from people :D

But what if they don't want people stealing it? Does it come with the keywords? Why am I asking ridiculous questions? I don't know.

The keywords show up for me for like...3 seconds before the pic loads but then I can't see them anymore. But...I don't think there's any way for someone to prevent others from being notified about new icons lol
I suppose if you don't want others to steal your icons, you have to put a note saying so on your userpics page (in the keywords area)

Personally, idc if someone says "don't steal this~!"
