Because of rumours and maybe some not rumours* (because I'm not sure what's going on) and my imagination I've come to the conclusion that Jared is having his sister design a spiffy gay abode in San Francisco for him and Jensen to live in when Show ends. This will be a surprise to Jensen. Shhh.

*I've heard that Jared's met/hung out with his sister a couple times in San Francisco. Maybe? I dunno.

eta: Apparently Megan lives in San Francisco now which would make it a lot easier for Jared to meet with her there and design that abode for him.

Perhaps a combination of both? She just likes it there and it happens to be a good gay friendly place for Jared and Jensen to live
