; this is from the Japanese series Tiger and Dragon. Rakugo is an art of storytelling in Japan. This is Kotora, nicknamed "Tora"; he's a mafia and is very passionate about rakugo. So...he's Torachan, and he's serious about rakugo. Um. Yeah. :D
