Jensen does not know how to pronounce "Danneel" and that is why he (as far as I know) has never said her name in an interview.

I'm so, so tempted to say that she apparently does not know how to spell her name, so they're even.

I pronounce your theory excellent. ;)

Here's another one: every time he tries to say her name it comes out as "Jared," and so now he's afraid to take the chance. ;)
