CATS!

[Poll #1071296]

The older cat snores, I'm not sure about the other one. And it's not just a steady honk-shoe snoring which I'd be okay with, it's weird snoring (that I can't describe) and then there's snorting too - she makes sleeping difficult sometimes.

I do, however, have a dog that snores...

I asked the vet if maybe he had a deviated septum, but he said it's because my cat is over weight. Hah.

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-14 10:20 pm (UTC)(link)
it it loud and annoying?

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-14 10:21 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmm, this cat is overweight, I wonder if that's why she's snoring.

[identity profile] wearethestars.livejournal.com 2007-10-14 10:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Nah, usually it's just a cute little noise.

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-14 10:28 pm (UTC)(link)
N'awww.

[identity profile] popmusicjunkie.livejournal.com 2007-10-14 10:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Both of my cats snore.
Loudly.
(and one drools in her sleep. heh)

Sometimes our cat purs when she sleeps? Oh and sometimes our dogs snore.

[identity profile] wishforhome.livejournal.com 2007-10-14 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)
Both of my cats live with my mother some 1600 miles from where I stay for about 5/8ths of the year, but the younger of the two (who is about ten or so) snores sometimes... I'll hear this weird whistling and be like, "what the hell is that noise?" and realise that Sophie is snoring.

Neptune snores like mad.

[identity profile] gottalovev.livejournal.com 2007-10-14 11:51 pm (UTC)(link)
yes, they snore sometimes.... but not too loudly. it's kind of cute. but they sleep in the basement at night, so maybe I wouldn't find them adorable if they kept me up with it!

My cat is fat.

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 01:09 am (UTC)(link)
I wonder if she's having good dreams?

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 01:10 am (UTC)(link)
Awww.

[identity profile] raebird.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 02:35 am (UTC)(link)
My cat has a cute little quiet snore, but not all the time.

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 04:57 am (UTC)(link)
Does she drool a lot?

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 04:58 am (UTC)(link)
Do you do anything to try and stop it if you are trying to sleep or are you far from her/him when you're sleeping?

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 04:58 am (UTC)(link)
Sometimes it's a little bit adorable like, 'Ooh, kitty is snoring.' but then after a little bit it's more, 'Okay, shut up. I want to sleep now.'

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 04:59 am (UTC)(link)
This cat is kind of fat too.

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 04:59 am (UTC)(link)
N'awww. *curls up with your kitty*

Not really.
But when she shakes her head, sometimes droplets go flying.
It's gross.

[identity profile] popmusicjunkie.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 05:59 am (UTC)(link)
oops...that was me. Stupid computer logged me off.

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 02:10 pm (UTC)(link)
But gross in a kind of cute way, right?

Well,at least it doesn't freak me out anymore at nights if I wake up and hear quiet snoring...

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 05:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Hee, that's always a good thing.

[identity profile] jeyhawk.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 07:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Skorpie snores sometimes and he talks in his sleep. *g*

[identity profile] certainthings.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 07:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Does he speak Swedish or Cat?

[identity profile] jeyhawk.livejournal.com 2007-10-15 07:24 pm (UTC)(link)
Cat. I tried to teach him to speak Swedish, but he just wouldn't listen. They're damned head strong, those cats. ;0)
