And I'll be honest, when Sirius/Remus first came popular back when the third HP book came out I remember expecting to come across such fic and being surprised when I didn't.

So, is this like a trend in the True Blood fandom or something?

What I've read is werewolf with werewolf. And I'm reading it in the SPN fandom. Either Sam/Dean or mostly Jared/Jensen. However, someone is writing Derek/Stiles (Teen Wolf fandom) and that one will be werewolf/human.
