I think a lot of it has to do with his faaaaaaaaace (read: expression) but he looks a bit like the love child of Jensen Ackles and Matthew Fox. (imo)

First, I think I hate you for putting the lovechild picture in my mind. Mathew Fox... ugh. But I have to admit you have an uncanny keen eye for physiognomy.

On Misha... GODS, I love him so. Seriously, I cannot understand how fans of Supernatural (or anything at all) can call Misha fans 'retards' or other less un-politically correct yet equally negative words, when the man does this sort of thing all the time.
He is the awesomest to have ever awesomed.

I didn't realize that they got called that. I do think that some of the things they do are a bit silly but this is mostly because of my massive second hand embarrassment thingy and then there's the part where most of it is Misha's fault to begin with. Cos, yeah. Sometimes he is pretty awesome.

But yeah. And worse (fandom secrets: the place where you will be insulted whether you're aware of it or not. Or of fandom at all) XP
But, I mean, even if you don't get a fangirls obsession with slaughtered ponies or the supposed affairs of the Queen of England, as a fan-person I find it unbelievable that anyone would deny his awesomness in general.
I mean, he baked chocolate truffles for his fans.
