I think a lot of it has to do with his faaaaaaaaace (read: expression) but he looks a bit like the love child of Jensen Ackles and Matthew Fox. (imo)

I do. A lot. It COULD be his face, but I think it's the coloring. Plus, ya know, his face. Oh, MY GOD, HIS FACE. I'm sorry, this is just my favoritest picture ever. :D I may have had a shit-ton of coffee followed by Advil PM painkiller/sleeping pills followed by a shit-ton of jelly beans, and I'm feeling kinda. Jelly beans sound real good right about now. Yeah, I mean I think Misha's a nice looking guy and all and usually I'm not really a fan of the beard but this? This is a fucking damn good look on him. If Castiel looked like this, I might find him attractive as well. Okay, probably not but still.

I am definitely a fan of the beards, but only if they REAL beards. None of that half assed patchy shit, because that just looks dirty. But this? All thick and delicious? I'm pleased. I don't normally find him sexy or anything, but I'm pretty sure I know which lucky man is getting his first go in the spank bank.

He was scruffy, and it's completely coincidental that that happens to be the ONLY episode I didn't dislike Castiel.
