There's no real spoilers in the promo, or I don't think there is anyway.
Huh, well I think that if I'm not the first person to mention Sporty Spice then I'm just going to pretend it's her.
I'm sure there is somewhere for that but uh, I can't think of anywhere off the top of my head. :/
Maybe someone who's been will read this and link you?
