I watched the trailer for 5x07. I have words to say.

Obviously, I don't know how the whole show is going to play out but uh, just based on the trailer? I vote to keep old!Dean. He was fucking awesome. Regular Dean can uh, come back in a couple of weeks as like a spirit to guide Sam through his journey. Mmmhmm.

Also? I'm with you on the vote to keep old!Dean because he really was awesome, and I'm pretty sure he'd want to kick his regular self. Maybe, I don't quite know.
