Do you know what your name would have been had you been born the opposite sex? Mine was going to be Christopher Michael.

What about what you were almost named? I was almost Crystal. I'm really glad my mom changed her mind on that one. And then at one point she was going to name me Jericho (as a girl) ... at least I'm fairly sure it was that name. That might've been kinda cool.

Nico's a nice name. Hmm, I think I like Annemiek more than Marjan but then it would've been kind of neat to be named after your grandparents.

Yea Nico would've been ok :) and Marjan too but they didnt want to upset the other grandparents by naming me after one set....LOL, so it became Annemiek

LOL I dont have a middle name....my parents were dead set on not giving us a middle name. The first names of my and my younger sister are also the names we were baptised with....but we've nagged them over it since we could talk and both of us *will* give our kids middle names if we ever have kids...LOL

Totally. They were so badass and Torres was sooo good. He's played a great tournament as has all the players so it's really well deserved that they won.

I might just cheer for Spain because they have so many good looking players, lol.

You guys had a few really awesome matches. I was actually thinking that either you or Portugal would win, did not predict this finale (or the semi-finals) at all.

We were ok but after the whole Boulahrouz thing it got just too much I think.....

Ohh there are some awesome Danish player which I totally cant remember now. I know Thomasson, isnt he coaching now? and Smiegel or however thats spelled, and then there was Gronkjear who I adored!!! and I was in LOVE with the Laudrup brothers! had a pic of a goal of one of them on my wall for years growing up!

I'm pretty sure Jon Dahl (Tomasson) is still playing. Michael Laudrup is coaching. I think his brother might be too.
Hee, Smeichel was a very good goalkeeper but I just remember him yelling all the time. When him and the Laudrup brothers played, I was a bit too young to really care about football but I do remember them.

Ohh Boularouz, Dutch Player, lost a premature baby just after the Romenia game and our players kinda started thinking too much...it was all pretty sad but losing wasnt so bad anymore then coz there are worse things in life...

I love Laudrup! :) YAY! Brian and Michael right? Smeichel (i knew I spelled it wrong, haha) was my sisters Hero when he played for Feyenoord in Holland! :) whheee
